Edmonds Library continues as rooftop pop-up

EDMONDS — After a devastating flood, the Edmonds Library stays shuttered. However companies will proceed in a pop-up library on the roof.

In late June, a pipe burst, filling the Sno-Isle Library at 650 Primary St. with about 60,000 gallons of water. All the over 50,000 books and different supplies have been salvaged by library employees, however the library itself wanted large repairs.

A reopening date has not but been launched. The town owns the constructing and is working with Sno-Isle to develop a reopening plan.
