Components

Roast

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 prime spherical roast beef (about 2 1/2 lbs)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup brewed espresso

Instructions

Roast

  1. In a small bowl, mix the garlic, salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Put aside.
