Extra workers edged out greater wage because the No. 1 option to enhance job satisfaction amongst nurse leaders and directors within the 2022 McKnight’s Temper of the Market survey.
Few different choices other than improved advantages would drive general satisfaction greater, the ballot of almost 750 administrators of nursing, assistant administrators of nursing and directors discovered.
Greater than half ( 52%) of survey-takers mentioned they’d select extra workers as one among two greatest satisfaction drivers. Whereas that was the primary selection, it was down considerably from 2021’s 59%. The second-place 2022 selection was greater wage at 51% of respondents — a virtually 10-point leap because the 2021 survey.
